Introduction
The pages available in your BSP are pre-configured during deployment based on your organisation’s specific requirements, hazard model, and data sources. Unlike the Ingenuity 7 base platform, which allows users to create their own dashboards, add widgets, and build custom views on the fly, the BSP is not configurable at the user level to the same extent. The pages you see have been designed and set up by Eigen in collaboration with your organisation and reflect the barrier model and data sources specific to your facility.
This distinction is important. In Ingenuity 7, a user can log in and construct a new page, select components, and configure what data is displayed. In the BSP, the pages are fixed by design. This is intentional as the BSP is built around a standardised approach to barrier management, and the consistency of the interface is part of what makes it reliable as a safety and risk management tool. While the interface may feel familiar to users who have experience with Ingenuity 7, the two should not be treated as the same product. The visual similarities exist because the BSP is built on the Ingenuity 7 platform, but the configuration, logic, and purpose are distinct.
For a full comparison, see Section — How does this differ from Ingenuity?
The pages described in this section represent the typical set that a BSP deployment will include. Because every deployment is configured to the needs of the facility, not every page listed here will be present in every installation, and the layout and components on each page may vary. However, while the interface itself will differ between deployments, the underlying concepts and the type of content presented on each page will remain consistent.
You may find that certain pages are also represented as parts of other pages. For example, you may have a smaller performance standard dashboard as part of the home page.
